Arrival for Country Quota Playoffs players: 22. July in the morning, before 9am.
Arrival for Qualification players: 23. July in the morning, before 9 am.
Arrival for Main Draw players: 23. July, before 7 pm.
Departure for Main Draw players: whenever they are off the game
Departure for participants of the semifinals: 27. July, before noon

| VISA |
Players, Team Managers, Coaches, Physiotherapists, NF members, etc. are requested to apply early enough for their visas, whenever needed. The Hosting National Federation should be contacted to receive an invitation letter for the event. |
| INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT |
Players, Team Managers, Coaches, Physiotherapists, NF members, etc. are responsible for their own international and domestic airfare and for any further expenses such as visa or airport taxes. |
| LOCAL TRANSPORT |
Transportation for Main Draw players from the official venue of arrival to the official hotel is organized by the local organizer on the official days of arrival and departure. Players are responsible to send their travel information via email at the latest 15. July. 2009 to the local organizer:

| ACCREDITATION |
Organizers will provide all Organizing Committee members, CEV Officials, referees, players, coaches, physiotherapists, VIP's, journalists, technical staff, court personnel, volunteers, etc. with official accreditation cards and will ensure that only those people will access the designated venue areas. |
